Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, certain items may not be eligible for return. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit if applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos and details.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.
